Meditation has been practiced for thousands of years, yes, thousands! Only until recently, however, did science begin to prove what many ancient civilizations already knew, that meditation greatly benefits the mind and body.
What is meditation?
Before getting to what it is, let me tell you what it is NOT.
It is not about clearing your mind, cultivating ideas or for problem solving.
Instead, meditation is about starving your thoughts of attention, and practicing focus and being present.
